Furitina turns your photos into artwork and short videos. Doing that means handling a small amount
of information about you — and nothing beyond what the job requires. This page sets
out what we hold, why we hold it, how long it survives, and how you take it back. The rules covering
photographs of a human face are stricter than the rest, and they are written out in full in § 02.
01
What we collect
We only ask for information tied directly to making Furitina work for you. There is no background
harvesting and nothing collected "just in case".
Account details
The email address and display name attached to the sign-in method you choose, plus the account
identifier that keeps your credits and history together.
Images & prompts
The photos you upload and the style or template you pick, so a result can be produced and
returned to your device. Where an upload contains a human face we treat it as
face data and handle it under the stricter rules in § 02.
Device & app data
Device model, operating system version, app version, language and region, and a general
(city-level) location inferred from your IP address.
Usage signals
Which screens you open, which templates you try, and whether a generation succeeded — used to
find rough edges and crashes.
Credits & purchases
Your credit balance and transaction records. Purchases run through Google Play; your card and
billing details are handled by Google and never reach our servers.
Messages you send
Anything you write in Feedback, along with the app and device context needed to reproduce the
issue you are reporting.
Not collected
Your contact list, your SMS or call records, your precise GPS location, or the rest of your photo
library. Furitina reads only the specific images you pick for a creation.
02
Face data
Most Furitina features let you upload a photo containing a human face so the model can render a new
image or video from it. Facial imagery is sensitive, so we handle it under a separate and stricter
set of rules, set out here in full.
What counts as face data. Any photo or frame you upload that contains a human
face, together with the temporary intermediate representations our rendering pipeline derives from
it solely in order to produce the result you asked for.
Used only to generate your result. Face data is used for one purpose: rendering the image
or video you explicitly requested. It is never used for identification, identity verification,
face matching, biometric profiling, advertising, or any other purpose.
Processed only on our own servers. Face data is transmitted over an encrypted connection
to servers that we own and operate, and the entire generation runs inside our own infrastructure.
It is never sent to any third-party service, API, model provider, or analytics partner, and
it is never sold, rented, shared, or otherwise disclosed to anyone.
Your upload is deleted immediately. The moment generation completes, the photo you
uploaded is deleted from our servers. We keep no copy of the original, and no face template,
faceprint, embedding, or other biometric identifier derived from it.
Results are kept 24 hours, then erased. The generated result is stored for up to
24 hours for the sole purpose of letting you download it, and is then deleted
automatically. Nothing is retained after that window.
Never used for training. We do not use your face data, your uploads, or your generated
results to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model — ours or anyone else's.
No lasting record. Once these deletions have run, we hold no user-submitted image content
and no biometric data of any kind.
In short
Face data goes only to Furitina's own servers, is used only to create the result you asked for, is
deleted the instant generation completes, and the result itself disappears automatically after 24
hours. It is never shared with third parties and never used to train AI models.
If you want a generated result removed before the 24-hour window ends,
email [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
03
Why we use it
Every use below maps to something you can see in the app:
To create your artwork. Your photo and chosen style go to our generation servers, are
rendered, and are delivered back to you.
To run your account. Signing in, restoring your creations across sessions, and keeping
your credit balance accurate.
To process purchases. Confirming a Google Play transaction and crediting your account.
To improve the app. Aggregated, de-identified statistics tell us which templates are
worth keeping and where generation fails. We never improve a model by training on your photos,
your face data, or your results.
To keep things safe. Detecting abuse, automated scripting, payment fraud, and attempts to
push prohibited content through the service.
To answer you. Replying to feedback, bug reports, and support requests.
To meet legal obligations. Tax, accounting, and lawful requests where we are required to
respond.
Never
We do not build advertising or biometric profiles about you, and no automated system makes decisions
with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
04
Photos & creations
This is the part people care about most, so we will be specific. Where the photo contains a face,
§ 02 governs and adds to everything below.
Uploads
A photo you submit travels over an encrypted connection to our own servers and is used for one
purpose: producing the result you asked for. It is not used to train models, is not sold, and
is not shown to anyone else.
Retention
Source images are deleted as soon as the job finishes or fails. Finished creations stay in your
in-app History for roughly 24 hours so you can revisit and download them, and are then
cleared automatically. Anything you save to your device belongs to you and is outside our reach —
back up what you want to keep.
Sharing is your call
A creation only leaves Furitina when you share or export it. We never publish your results to a
public gallery or social feed on your behalf.
Your responsibility
Please do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or images you have no right to
use. See the Fair use section of our Terms.
05
How we protect it
Encrypted in transit. All traffic between the app and our servers travels over TLS.
Encrypted at rest. Stored data sits on encrypted volumes in access-controlled
facilities.
Least privilege. Only the handful of engineers who need production access have it, and
that access is logged.
Short lifetimes. The most sensitive material — your uploads — is the shortest-lived data
we hold, and is gone the moment a job completes.
Regular review. We patch dependencies and review our infrastructure on a routine
schedule.
No system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend
otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify affected users and the relevant
authorities without undue delay.
06
Who else sees it
A short, closed list — and a firm commitment. Face data appears nowhere on it.
Hosting infrastructure
The data-centre and network providers whose capacity our own servers run on. They are bound by
contract, act only on our instructions, and may not access or reuse customer data for any
purpose of their own.
Google Play & Google Sign-In
Handle authentication and payment. Their own privacy terms govern what they collect directly
from you.
Analytics & crash reporting
Receive de-identified usage and stability data so we can fix what breaks. They never receive
your images, your creations, or any face data.
Legal & safety
Disclosed when a valid legal request compels it, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent
fraud or serious harm.
Corporate changes
If Furitina is ever merged or acquired, your data may transfer with the service — under this
policy, and with notice to you beforehand.
Two commitmentsWe never sell your personal information, and we never trade it to data brokers or advertising
networks. Face data is excluded from this section entirely — as stated in § 02, photos
containing a face are processed only on servers we own and operate, and are never handed to a third
party.
07
Analytics & identifiers
Furitina is an app, not a website, so there are no browsing cookies to manage. What we do use:
Essential identifiers. A session token and an app-generated install ID that keep you
signed in and tie your credits to the right account. These cannot be switched off without breaking
the app.
Preference storage. Local settings such as your language choice and last-used tab, kept
on your device.
Measurement. Aggregate counts of feature usage, generation success rates, and crashes —
never the content of what you generated.
Advertising identifier. The app declares Android's advertising ID permission for
attribution and anti-fraud measurement. You can reset or delete this ID at any time in
Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and Furitina will keep working.
We do not run cross-app or cross-site behavioural advertising.
08
Your choices
Wherever you live, we extend the same set of controls. Write to
[email protected] from your account email and we will
respond within 30 days.
Access
Get a copy of the personal data associated with your account.
Correct
Fix anything inaccurate or out of date.
Delete
Close your account and have your data erased.
Restrict
Ask us to pause certain processing while a dispute is open.
Port
Receive your data in a common, machine-readable format.
Withdraw
Take back consent at any time, without affecting past processing.
Before you go
Deleting your account removes your profile, history, and feedback records. Purchase and tax records
may be retained where law requires, and unused credits are forfeited on deletion — so spend them
first if you intend to leave.
09
Younger users
Furitina is built for people aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from
anyone younger. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account without verifiable parental
consent, we delete the account and its data promptly.
Parents and guardians who believe a child has shared information with us can write to
[email protected] and we will act on it quickly. Where
local law sets a higher age of digital consent, that higher age applies.
10
Changes to this policy
Products change, and policies follow. When we revise this page we raise the version number shown
alongside it, and for anything that materially affects your rights we give notice in the app — and
by email where we have one — before the change takes effect.
Continuing to use Furitina after a revision takes effect means you accept the updated policy. If
you would rather not, you can delete your account at any time.
